You begin with Octavian's in-depth business intake, which goes beyond surface-level symptoms. I personally study your responses, look for patterns, competing constraints, vulnerabilities and overlooked opportunities, and determine where intervention is likely to have the greatest impact. Then I build your custom Strategic Blueprint around what I find. The intake gathers the intelligence. My analysis and judgment determine the strategy.

Your Blueprint uses Octavian's frameworks as structure, but the conclusions are not automated. I personally interpret your intake, weigh competing issues and decide what I believe the business should address and in what sequence.
The deeper intake lets us move beyond the first bottleneck you can identify. Your Ground Report scores can be included, but Pax Romana looks across the business to understand how the constraints interact and which one deserves priority.
Twelve months of Stronghold access are included so you have Octavian's tools available as you execute the priorities identified in your Blueprint.
How It Works
After checkout, you receive the in-depth intake that gives me the operating context I need to begin understanding the business.
Answer thoroughly and honestly. Include your Ground Report scores if you have them, along with the context behind the numbers. Then email your completed intake to me at [email protected] with the subject line PAX ROMANA INTAKE - YOUR NAME.
I study the intake, identify primary and secondary bottlenecks, evaluate vulnerabilities and opportunities, and determine the sequence I believe gives the business the strongest next move. No outsourced analysis and no algorithm making the strategic decisions.
Your completed Blueprint shows what I see, what appears to be creating the constraint, what deserves attention first, what can wait and the recommended sequence for moving forward. You own the plan and can begin executing it with a year of Stronghold access included.
