Private Strategic Advisory + Fractional Growth Strategy

LEGION

When the decisions get bigger, you shouldn't have to make all of them alone.

Legion puts senior strategic judgment close enough to your business to see the bottlenecks, opportunities and consequential decisions that are difficult to see when you're the one standing in the middle of them.

The expensive problem usually isn't that you don't have enough ideas. It's choosing the wrong one.

At a certain stage, your business has customers, revenue, expertise and options. What becomes harder is knowing which opportunity deserves resources, which problem is actually constraining growth, and which apparently good idea will quietly pull the company in the wrong direction.

You don't need another person giving you more things to do. You need someone who can help determine what is actually worth doing.

The Situation

The bigger the business gets, the more expensive a blind spot becomes.

Growth creates complexity. Complexity creates more places for money, time and opportunity to disappear.

  • You have more than one viable opportunity and every one of them competes for the same finite resources.
  • The business is working, but you suspect there is more revenue or leverage inside it than you are currently capturing.
  • You can execute. The problem is deciding what deserves execution in the first place.
  • You are too close to the business to reliably see every bottleneck forming around you.
  • A new offer, partnership, hire, investment of resources or strategic move can have consequences far beyond the decision itself.
  • You want someone who understands the larger context when the next decision arrives instead of starting from zero every time.

What Legion Is

Fractional when you need growth direction. Advisory when the decision is bigger than growth.

Legion is intentionally broader than a marketing role. The highest-leverage issue in your business may be growth this week and something entirely different next week.

I

Strategic Deep Dive

We begin by understanding the business model, offers, positioning, revenue streams, customer journey, current growth activity, assets, constraints and where the owner is still carrying too much.

II

90-Day Strategic & Growth Agenda

We establish what deserves attention now, what can wait, what should stop consuming resources, and where the highest-leverage opportunities appear to be.

III

Weekly Private Strategy Sessions

One 45-minute working session each week to review progress, troubleshoot what changed, make decisions and determine the next move.

IV

Review Before the Decision

Bring relevant offers, messaging, funnels, proposals, plans, opportunities and business materials when another experienced set of eyes would materially improve the decision.

V

Revenue & Leverage Opportunities

We look for ways to earn more from what already exists: customers, expertise, audience, intellectual property, partnerships, distribution and underused assets.

VI

Strategic Access Between Calls

Reasonable asynchronous access for strategic questions that should not wait until the next scheduled session.

Why Fractional

There is a gap between another course and another executive.

Sometimes an agency is solving the wrong problem. Sometimes a full-time executive is more infrastructure than the business needs. And sometimes the owner simply needs experienced strategic thinking close enough to the company to understand the context.

Fractional Growth Strategy

Help us grow this business.

We identify the constraints suppressing growth, find underused revenue opportunities, pressure-test the current strategy and direct resources toward the moves with the greatest leverage.

Private Strategic Advisory

Help me make better decisions about this business.

When the question moves beyond marketing or growth, Legion moves with it. Opportunities, positioning, priorities, offers, partnerships and consequential decisions all belong in the room.

The Initial 90 Days

Long enough to understand the business. Close enough to see what happens next.

I

Establish the strategic context

If you've already completed Pax Romana, that work gives us a head start. If not, we begin by establishing the priorities, constraints and context I need to advise you intelligently.

II

Build the 90-day agenda

We decide what matters now. Not every possible project. Not every good idea. The few moves that deserve your attention, capital and resources this quarter.

III

Work the business weekly

We meet each week, review what happened, troubleshoot what changed, examine new opportunities and adjust the strategy rather than blindly following a plan that reality has already made obsolete.

IV

Continue while the relationship has leverage

After the initial three months, Legion may continue monthly while the strategic involvement remains useful and the relationship remains a strong fit for both of us.

Who Legion Is For

For businesses where the cost of the wrong quarter is already meaningful.

Legion is likely a fit if
  • You have an established, revenue-producing business
  • You know there is more revenue or leverage inside the company
  • You have multiple opportunities competing for resources
  • You have a team capable of execution but need stronger strategic direction
  • You value someone who will challenge your assumptions rather than simply validate them
  • You want strategic continuity as circumstances change
  • The cost of another quarter focused on the wrong priorities can exceed the cost of experienced outside judgment
Legion is probably not a fit if
  • You are pre-revenue or still trying to prove your first viable offer
  • You primarily need someone to execute marketing tasks
  • You need a project manager, employee or daily operational manager
  • You want someone else to make your decisions for you
  • You are looking for guaranteed revenue outcomes
  • You need legal, tax, accounting or regulated investment advice

Scope of Advisory

Bring me the business decision. Bring the licensed work to the appropriate professional.

What we can examine together

Business plans, offers, proposals, positioning, messaging, funnels, partnerships, opportunities, strategic initiatives, operating decisions, resource allocation and other business materials relevant to the strategy we're working on together.

What Legion does not provide

Legion does not provide legal document review or legal advice, tax or accounting advice, or specific financial or investment advice involving stocks, securities, cryptocurrency or other investments requiring an appropriately qualified or licensed professional.

The Investment

LEGION

$18,000
Initial 90-Day Engagement
$6,000 per month · 3-month minimum

Weekly strategic involvement, ongoing review, a focused 90-day agenda and senior outside judgment that becomes familiar with your business instead of starting from zero every time a new decision appears.

Join Legion

Legion is intentionally limited because the value depends on my direct involvement. If your business requires substantially more access or a broader scope, contact me directly. A small number of deeper private engagements may be structured individually when the fit makes sense for both of us.

Before We Work Together

You should know how I think before you put me this close to your business.

Legion is not a template, software platform or junior consultant working from my framework. You're hiring my judgment. There are a couple of ways to decide whether that judgment is useful to you before we ever speak.

One Opening

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before we talk.

That's part of the point.

If you have an established business and believe there is more potential inside it than you're currently capturing, we can start by determining whether I see enough leverage to justify working together.

If Legion is more involvement than you need, I would rather tell you that and point you toward Pax Romana than put you into an advisory relationship your business doesn't need.
