Everyone knows the saying "Rome wasn't built in a day" but it also wasn't built to last only a day.

Perhaps the most strategic leader set the stage for an empire that lasted 1600 years by leading with unmatched, skills, efficiency and wisdom.

That leader was Octavian. You probably know him as Augustus Caesar. 

We build businesses with that same conqueror's spirit coupled with the cunning wisdom and planning that built Rome.

Octavian Investments was founded so small and medium sized businesses can remain strong and open in a sluggish economy, but also so that their legacy can survive even when the owner exits.

Just as Octavian's successors honored his legacy and kept true to the vision for Rome, we aim to do the same through partnerships that strengthen our communities instead of allowing buildings to become abandoned and sit empty while legacies die out.
