0.50-2% Minimum Basis
We offer our partners a minimum of 50 basis points in addition to any other fees or commissions. For example, if you bring us a $10MM deal or new client, you earn a $50,000 (minimum) finder’s fee just for the introduction.
Co-Investing Opportunities
We offer our partners the opportunity to contribute capital and invest in the deals they bring to us.

Our Criteria
Our Perfect Opportunity
While we consider all opportunities for where we can best support your business, we have specific acquisitions or projects we're looking to be a part of, including purchasing, management, development, partnering, and investing.
TYPE: These can be value-add, repositioning, ground up-development, exit strategy, or consulting/managing for equity. Open to all unique, trophy, visionary or special needs projects that catch our attention.
NICHE: Business are preferred to be hospitality, health/nutrition or B2B service based. Online only businesses will be considered who have services with tangible results. (Can you hold it or point to it?)
ACQUISITIONS: Must include Real Estate, which is better if multi-functional. Off market assets preferred, not required.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA: We're open to projects worldwide with specific interest in United States (Local Small Businesses Only), Europe (Eastern Preferred), India (Hospitality Only), South Africa and the middle East (Including UAE)
